We stand by our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Since many of our items are custom made just for you, returns are limited — but if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we’ll make it right.

At Season’s Trimmings, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

Eligibility

  • Our return window is 30 days from delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Because many of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider time to post the refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us first at [email protected] before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable service for your protection.
