I’m a retired autoworker who spent decades on the line before taking an early retirement buyout offered to workers over 55. After multiple back surgeries, I knew it was time to turn the page — not because I was finished working, but because I wanted to build something new for myself and my family.
Growing up, every season was special in our home. My father and mother loved Christmas most of all, and my mom worked hard to make every holiday memorable for us kids. Those traditions shaped me, and they’re a big reason I believe every season deserves to be celebrated.
Season’s Trimmings was born from that idea — a way to support my family while sharing the joy of celebrations with others. Alongside it, I created Urban Bear Design as a creative outlet, where I bring my own designs to life. One side keeps the shelves full, the other lets me explore the artistic side of who I am — together, they tell my story.

Urban Bear Design is my creative outlet — a place where I can explore ideas, try new things, and share them with others. Candle making is just the beginning, and as time goes on I’ll be adding more of my own designs to the shop. It’s my way of bringing a little extra personality and creativity into Season’s Trimmings.
